ما هو ٨٥٨؟
٨٥٨ هو محاولة لجعل كل المادة المصورة والمجمعة من قبل تعاونية مصرين وشبكتها الأوسع متاحة للكل.
كل المادة على أرشيف ٨٥٨ هي مادة منشورة بدون مونتاج ومنظمة بالتاريخ والمكان والموضوع. بعض هذه الصور نشرت من قبل ضمن فيديوهات على قناة مصرين على يوتيوب، ولكن معظمها ينشر لأول مرة.

What is 858?
858 is an initiative to make public all the footage shot and collected by the Mosireen Collective and our wider network since 2011.
All the material on 858 is unedited rushes, organised by date, place and shooter. Some footage has been seen before, in videos collected here and on YouTube. But the majority is being made accessible for the first time.
On launch there were 858 hours of footage in the archive.

The Future
Though 858 consists mostly of footage from Egypt, and some from Gaza, we are keen to bring in new archives from other areas. We welcome collaborations and can be reached on 858archive@gmail.com
